Well-maintained and reliable Toyota RAV4 for sale (2008, petrol, automatic) with a transparent history I am selling a reliable and capable 2008 petrol Toyota RAV4 automatic. The car is ideal for both the city and those living in the suburbs or on a farmstead. I am selling it because we purchased a planned electric vehicle, so this became the third unnecessary car in the family and is currently just sitting in the yard. About the car and its history: • Transparent past: Before me, the car belonged to one family in Vilnius for more than 10 years. It was very well-loved, constantly kept in a garage (I saw the garage myself), covered with anti-corrosion coating, regularly maintained by the husband, and driven by his wife. I have the "CarVertical" report from the previous owners – I will gladly share it. I was specifically looking for a car with a clear history from reliable people. • My experience: I bought it in January 2024 as a temporary replacement car for the family. I chose this specific model for its legendary reliability and off-road capability, as we live outside the city, and capability and reliability were what we were looking for. During the entire time I've owned it, the car has never let me down and there were no breakdowns. I lent this car to friends about 4 times for a few weeks each, as they knew I had an extra car that I wasn't using, and I still hadn't posted the ad (I planned to sell it back in the spring, but when our 3rd child was born, many things were postponed for the future). Condition and defects (I want to be honest): • The car is technically sound, the engine runs perfectly. • Minor detail: the brake pads are squeaking. I didn't look into the reasons, as it doesn't interfere with driving or braking at all. • Maintenance: I feel it's time to change the engine oil. Since I can't find the time for it myself, I'm leaving it for the new owner to decide – you can change it yourself (that way you'll be 100% sure what was poured in), or, if you wish, I can arrange the change before the sale. Price: I bought this car in very good condition for 7100 Eur. I understand market principles, so I am lowering the price proportionally to the time I used it (almost 100 Eur for each month). Final price: 6500 Eur.
