You can:

After your inquiry, we connect verified volunteers in Europe who:
- select a car according to your requirements,
- check its technical condition,
- provide a photo and video report.
After your confirmation, we organize the delivery of the car to Ukraine.
Delivery can be carried out by:
- volunteers returning from Europe to Ukraine,
- or volunteers from Ukraine who travel to drive the car back.
The Trucks4U project can help:
- organize fundraising (fully or partially),
- communicate with foundations,
- publish the fundraiser on an inter-foundation platform.
The timeframe depends on:
- availability of a ready car,
- search complexity,
- your technical requirements,
- delivery method.
On average, delivery takes from 4 days to 1 month. Physically driving a car from Germany to Kharkiv is possible in approximately 4 days.
Yes. We work with technical requirements:
- pickups,
- vans,
- SUVs,
- diesel vehicles,
- manual transmission,
- increased ground clearance, etc.
Yes. We work with official requests from military units.
Yes. The car can be transferred to an active servicemember in accordance with current legislation.
A vehicle purchased and delivered by a charitable organization across the customs border can be officially transferred to a servicemember.
Regulatory framework:
Yes. We perform:
- general inspection,
- basic technical diagnostics,
- document verification.
After arrival in Ukraine, the car undergoes full diagnostics at partner service stations.
No. The project is fully volunteer-based and does not retain any funds. All collected funds are used exclusively for purchasing, delivery, and related expenses.
Trucks4U partners provide free diagnostics. Spare parts can be purchased from partners at cost price.

If the volunteer covers all expenses, delivery can be free.
When compensating expenses, the following are approximately considered:
- fuel in Europe — 1.5-2.2 EUR/L;
- insurance — 15-120 EUR (depending on the country);
- export declaration — 100-140 PLN;
- transit plates — from 30 EUR.
Fill out a short form on the website. We will contact you, verify your documents, and add you to internal communication channels.
Yes. You receive:
- officially issued documents,
- a planned route,
- constant communication with a manager,
- support in case of unforeseen situations.
Additionally:
- bonuses from partners (accommodation, meals),
- fuel discounts.
We handle the bureaucratic processes:
- purchase documentation,
- vehicle registration certificate,
- transit plates,
- insurance,
- support in Europe and Ukraine.
Required from the servicemember:
- passport photo (pages 1-2 + registration) or ID card + extract;
- tax ID photo;
- military ID photo;
- Form No. 5 photo from the military unit.
If the seller is a legal entity, non-cash payment is possible. If the seller is a private individual, the purchase is made in cash.
Collected funds:
- are either transferred to the foundation's account,
- or withdrawn from the bank, converted to euros, and handed to the seller through volunteers.
Yes. We provide guidance on:
- customs clearance,
- temporary import,
- import for military needs without customs clearance.
Vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine are processed through an E-declaration by the respective foundation.
Yes. You receive:
- daily updates,
- photos/videos,
- information about delivery stages.
We minimize risks through preliminary inspection. The volunteer receives instructions on monitoring technical indicators during the drive.
In case of malfunctions, technical consultation and support are provided.
Yes. All project participants undergo verification and sign relevant documents.
Fill out the appropriate form (for military personnel, volunteers, or vehicle sellers).
After confirming cooperation, we add you to a convenient communication channel (WhatsApp/Signal) and assign a personal manager.
