For sale: 2012 Volkswagen Passat B7, 2.0 103 kW, 6-speed manual gearbox, front-wheel drive. Spacious trunk, large fuel tank, rich equipment level, recently replaced flywheel and serviced air conditioning system. The car was used daily both in the city and for longer trips. Oil and filters were changed regularly, approximately every 10,000 km, and it was repaired and maintained as needed. EQUIPMENT: • Xenon headlights • Headlight washers • Panoramic sunroof • Rear view camera • Parking sensors front and rear • Climate control • Heated front seats • Ventilated front seats • Electric driver's seat • Cruise control • Rain sensor • Multifunction steering wheel • Bluetooth / phone interface • Electric trunk • Electric parking brake, Auto Hold • Tinted rear windows • Front fog lights • Tow hitch • Two keys • Navigation / touch screen • ISOFIX MAINTENANCE PERFORMED: • Replaced flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, gearbox oil, and release bearing at ~422,000 km mileage; • Restored turbine at ~392,000 km mileage; • Timing belt, tensioner, bearing, alternator belt, and water pump changed at ~362,000 km mileage; • In 2026, the air conditioning radiator, pipe, and AC compressor were replaced, and the system was filled with freon. Also in 2026, wheel alignment was done, rear shock absorber springs and rear brake pads were replaced. Previously, the AFS block (left) was replaced, and Xenon lamp repairs were performed (beam adjustment, left xenon block and headlight covers replaced). Also, 4 glow plugs were replaced at ~321,000 km mileage. • Engine oil and filters changed regularly every 10,000 km; • Repaired and maintained as needed. DEFECTS The car is not new and is sold considering its age and mileage. All main known defects: • Mileage ~435,000 km; • The body has a lot of rust – it is present on all body panels (doors, hood, trunk, arches, slightly on the roof), on the underbody, and appearing on the sills; • There are signs of previous poor-quality painting, defects, peeling paint in places, poorly done "blending," matte surfaces, lacquer defects; • There are body scratches, the car has been involved in traffic accidents; • The panoramic sunroof sometimes leaks water into the interior; • The sunroof switch does not work in all functions; the sunroof blind works and can be closed or opened (as in the photo) to let more light into the cabin; • Rarely, but occasionally, the parking sensors and rear view camera do not work; • The electric tow hitch does not fold down when the button is pressed; • The right LED strip no longer works (the main Xenon headlight WORKS), the LED strip failed a few days before posting the ad; • In cold weather, the front passenger door sometimes does not open from the outside; • Songs cannot be switched from the steering wheel, but the volume control on the steering wheel works; • There is an unusual noise from the chassis/wheel area at the rear left, the cause of which could not be determined. The chassis was serviced in the spring, but the mechanic could not identify the source of the noise; • The windshield has stone chips and is cracked (it was cracked before the last technical inspection, it was noted as a defect, but it passed the inspection); • When starting after being left overnight, it sometimes takes a few seconds longer to start; • The driver's seat massage function does not work; • Electric mirrors no longer fold, but their heating and adjustment work; • Considering the mileage, the engine oil, filters, and timing belt kit replacement is approaching.
