The buyer takes out red plates and drives for a month for 10 euros plus insurance; it's cheaper than paying the pollution tax and then passing the technical inspection for a friend, if they liked the car and bought it, they could get new transit plates for 10 euros plus insurance and use it for work for another month again :)
