BMW X5, 2007

The car has been owned for 5 years, all services performed on time. Recently changed oil, filters, gearbox oil, alternator regulator, battery, fuel pressure sensor. The chassis is good, no rattles. The body does not have a single spot of rust, but it is not ideal; after polishing, it would be close to ideal. The interior condition is not bad, the leather is not torn, in some places with a little effort it would be like new. The interior trim definitely has some wear, but by replacing cheap plastics or putting in some work, it would also be close to perfect. Main downsides: - shows dynamic damping control failure because one shock absorber is not working, I suspect it is electrical because it works sometimes and sometimes not, therefore it does not allow engaging sport mode. - parking sensors do not work, one wire under the bumper is broken, but it is an easy, cheap, and fast fix. - sunroof is stuck, sometimes works sometimes not, probably needs the opening rails cleaned. - needs new tires and front wheel alignment, didn't have time to do it, but alignment is €40 and then new tires can be fitted. Everything else is more or less in order, the engine runs perfectly, the gearbox shifts smoothly, it drives well. The price corresponds to the market price according to the overall condition. Negotiable to some extent on-site with a serious buyer.
