Renault Trafic, 2005

Renault Trafic Generation 2005, 2.5 CDTI 99 kW, mileage 335,000 km. (purchased in '24 with 300,000 km mileage, for trips). Generation version – registered as 7 seats, the two 2nd-row seats are missing (were not present when purchased), the rear row of seats folds out into a bed (180 cm x 140 cm), so those two seats were not needed; there is an integrated table. Technical inspection (MOT) is valid until 04/2028. At 310,000 km, both front shock absorbers and mounts were replaced, all bushings, and the front lifting points were re-welded. The oil pump was replaced, all belts and pulleys were replaced, the power steering pump was replaced (system flushed and oil changed), and both front bearings were replaced. 10,000 km ago, the handbrake cables and water pump were replaced. In the gearbox, all bearings, oil, flywheel, and clutch were replaced, as well as gear shift cables, cylinders, water pump, new long axle shaft, new glow plugs, and refurbished injectors. Oil and filters were changed 1,000 km ago. The engine is definitely lively. The body and interior have natural wear and tear from 20 years of life (others call them defects – for something without defects, I suggest buying from showrooms at a corresponding price), some scratches, paint bubbling in some places (fender, trunk, but not rusted through), there is a tow hook. The car is fully drivable and currently very rarely used; it handled trips without problems (three summers never letting us down) through Romania – Bulgaria, Slovakia-Croatia-Italy, and Ukraine.
